How do you feel about exams?

I was subjected to alot as a kid. I never had a problem with them then but it’s blatantly obvious I’ve acquired a fear of them since.

How about you?

I try that. But since I’m an adult and I’m not actually compelled to undertake the exams I just end up thinking “the work is over now if I don’t go to the exam”.

Depends. Driving license. I can drive and I did the theory no problem. Not the practical. Two software engineering credentials. One quite prestigious. Can’t do ‘em.

“could try talking to a counsellor for anxiety”

..and they’d just give me an alternative viewpoint to mull over. Might as well save myself the trouble and ask people how they see it!
