Why did i get voices stuck in my head?

I’m not a bad person. I never tried to hurt anybody. Why did it all happen this way?

it’s like they talk to you all day and they never stop and you can’t help but to listen and talk back to them (mentally) and you get lost in your own world and reality goes away and 6 years later you wake up and you have no idea how you got to where you are and what you’re going to do next but you’re so weak and terrified because of all the abuse you have taken that you just want to know why.

wow maybe you should go and see a therapist/counsellor, or call a help-line.
i have no idea because im not an expert…but there are other people who hear voices i think, even though i havent… so i think you need to ask a professional, and look it up in the internet to find out more about it. good luck.
