sore stomach :(

my stomach has been sore for 2 days now, like at night, like a sharp pain around my abdomen area, ive been getting diarrhea, sometimes normal poos but mostly diarrhea. ive felt a little sick, but havent vomited or needed to. ive been gassy a lot, but its 2 days before my period , but it doesnt feel like the period cramps. BUT also, ive been starting the minor pill and this is my first time on it, so maybe its that, im not sure

If you press on your stomach, where your belly button is,and it hurts as you quickly lift up your hand, well that’s called rebound pain and it’s usually associated with your appendix. Check it out.
