Ok-I am having an extremely hard time in my life right now and I need some advice…
I have a 1 year old son and am currently living with my boyfriend. We got in a huge fight which led me to call the police on him so he is kicking me out. He says my son and I have to be out by this weekend. I do think that my son and I should leave because of my “boyfriends” behavior. He punched two holes in the wall and pushed me while I was holding my son. Anyway-that’s not really the problem at hand. I have a full time job so I make money and should have been able to move. Here is where the problem comes in. Some random person or company or whatever got a hold of my checking account information and withdrew a total of $600.00 from my account. I called the bank immediately but I have to file a claim and they won’t even temporarily credit my account back. I now have absolutely no money and my account so far has 5 overdraft fees which my a hole bank will not refund. Even though someone is stealing my money.. I need money for a deposit and the rest of this months rent but my mom is widowed and already works two jobs to support my brother and sister… There is no way she can help me out. I have no other source of income and can’t afford to get a loan… I am not sure what to do at this point but I need to take care of my son and am not able to do so and I am so depressed about this. I just need advice. I have tried to sell some items on craigslist but haven’t had much luck. Most of the replies I get back are scams from people in Nigeria. Please give some advice!!! :(
