How high should i aim on my photography and film projects at university?

How likely do you think it is that i’d find other students willing to dress up in duct tape and paint their faces…I mean I cant aim high without relying on atleast a few other people, is it worth risking a whole academic year and project proposals. Sometimes relying on people is the biggest mistake one can make. I only have about 3 weeks to decide.

Hmm… my curiosity gets the best of me. I can’t help but wonder what kind of project your working on that requires people to be wrapped up in duct tape and have their faces painted.

Nevertheless, I guess the first thing you should do is find out whether your project is worth it. If you do carry out your plan, will it get you the best and highest grade that you want?

Discuss it with your tutor/teacher. If they seem to think it’s a brilliant idea, then it’s worth it. You’ll just have to work hard in order to get those people/models. In society, it’s inevitable that you WILL be working with people - it’s a part of life. There is no easy way. Sorry to be blunt. But it’s the truth.

If your teacher says you could do better or it’s not really an ‘A grade’ idea, then I suggest you find another idea that would be more suitable for your project and that your teacher will also approve.
