Sorry, maybe i should not have referred to them as mormons. I meant members of the church of later day saints. They tend to get called mormons because their ‘holy book’ is called the book of mormon

i ll ‘explain’ it as well as i can. not easy as it does not make sense

There are various versions of the ‘trinity’ depending on which religion you belong to. As i was brought up catholic this is the version i know of. There is only one God but this God is made up of three persons-the father, the son and the holy ghost. All three are distinct and separate while being the same. They are equal in every respect including age and knowledge. There is a lot more to it but none of it is comprehendable - we were told we had to have faith and believe what the priest told us.

I just looked it up on a web site. they do believe in god the father, jesus christ and the holy ghost but as three separate gods.
