I think you should get a doctor to check it out then us telling if you have ADHD or not after all we don’t know you so there could be a chance that this is just your personality as opposing to that the way you act can be a medical problem. If you are unable to find a doctor maybe try forums on the internet and maybe they’ll be someone that can help you. I once had this rash going on and I went to medhelp.com and someone actually responded back to help me out; maybe you can give them a shot. Hope this’ll help! :)
