How can I reset so he can access?

Is it the BIOS password or Windows? If it’s Windows tell him to press ctrl> alt> del> del> (delete key twice) at the login screen. This should bring up a window where you can type in a username. Type in “Administrator” and leave the password blank. Will likely work this way. Then you can go to the control panel and reset the password through user settings. Once done log out and you should be able to log in.

If it’s the BIOS password it’s a little more difficult. You’ll likely have to find the make/model and find out how to reset it via the manufacturer.

If you can not remember the windows admin password, try to reset it with a reset disk. Free download windows password unlocker from http://www.passwordunlocker.com/produ… and there is a .iso file included. Burn the .ISO file onto a blank CD which is so-called windows password reset disk. With this disk, you can reset the unknown password without erasing anything
