My uncle had insomnia. He uses some ayurvedic medicines. Its much better he says. Do u want me to check out on that one….

The allopathy medicine for sleep is really not so advisable i guess…

It must suck. I am fortunate that I never had that problem. It wouldn’t help to do some exercise or yoga during the day time?

Try soma in the vitamin section of a pharmacy. It is a natural remedy.

stress can be a huge factor when it comes to insomnia…I suffer from it periodically and usually comes along when there is a big account at work I must handle. Try to get an outlet for the pentup crap…a hobby that relaxes you, mine is running.

Yep… sporty sport’s the answer for me.
I’m no dyed-in-the-wool athlete and have a sedentary job. Stress-induced insomnia was my lot until I took up badminton: it’s fun, intensive and even if you’re crap like me you don’t spend too long chasing after the ball you just missed !
It’s been good for me in lots of ways, not least of which is that it gives me two good nights’ sleep a week.
Good luck with the exams BTW
