my brother is bi-polar and I dont have the money to get him the proper care…

we lost both of our parents and have no family….he is 23yrs old and I am 25 and we have been struggling with this for about 8 years…i feel that things, instead of getting better, are progressively getting worse…. does anyone have any advice that might be able to help me? i am desperate…
