It happens. The one thing to look out for tho it your wants and needs. Sometimes younger people are looking for something totally different than someone older. Personally I think it’s okay to date someone with an age gap. You might want to keep it on the down low if you do work together, some places don’t allow that. My Mother is dating someone 15 years older and my Father is dating someone 16 years older, and they are both soon to be married.

Age is nothing but a number. But you need to realize he hays ways that he may not change not even for you. Perhaps you’re looking for a father figure or bad experiences with man your age… You both need to find a middle ground of doing things. In everything. If you don’t have that it won’t work….
