i got a problem with my x-manager!
i worked for a company and managing director was an inhumane basted. no one worked there more than couple of weeks. but i worked with him for 6 months bcoz i am new to this country was my 1st job here and i needed money. after a while i found a new job, and wanted to quit the job. i informed my x-boss and he said 2weeks notice should be given, i gave him a letter and he said i dont need letters. and of course i didnt have any contract/agreement/employment letter or what so ever with that company. they didnt even ask my passport when i started! however i worked with them another 2weeks and after that again i talked to my x-boss and i stopped working.
now my new employer is checking references before make me permanent. and that basted man has told them they have dismissed me. and i am suspended now and under the investigation.
what should i do?????
please help me
i rang couple of employment help lines - useless they ask for membership fee of 1000 quid!
