i think i have non-hodgkins lymphoma

i have a painless lump on my chest
about an inch down and two across, half an inch thick, and its an inch below my collor bone.

i’ve been feeling really tierd recently and don’t have the energy to go out and barely make a day at school.

I’m 15.

i cant talk to my mum about it, we dont have that kind of relationship
ditto with my dad.

my older brother has autism so i cant speak to him either
im too scared to go to my doctor.
but am i just worrying about nothing?
