i think i have a problem with my brain. - Help.com

i think i have a problem with my brain.

it seems that everyone else knows what to talk about or what to say, but i dont. its like nothing comes to my mind of what to say. i cant keep a conversation going. im very shy and think i have social anxiety disorder. idk if that has anything to do with that or not.

its more than that though. i cant get my emotions out, i cant find the words to express how i feel. i feel stupid because i never know what to say.

what can i do to fix this?????

Words fail me as well on certain days. I also forget things quite often and it’s extremely frustrating. Sometimes it is so frustrating that it becomes tantalizing to my mind. For instance, if I am trying to think of a particular word that I wish to use but yet I fail to realize the word even though it is right before my mental grasp, I cannot help but think I am stupid for not grasping it when I needed it.

Reading more may help you with your struggle for words and improve your ability to express the way you feel. Even listening to others talk can faciliate communication with one person or even a group.
