I am in a really stressful period of my life,
many important decisions must be made , many important responsibilities I have , and there are important and maybe difficult things I have to finish to reach a higher stage in my life ( in a 4 to 5 months time)
I’m so stressed , I can’t sleep at nights and I’m always thinking of the things I must do and the consequences , and worrying about what happens if I won’t succceed !!! how can I calm myself ? please suggest me some ways , anything eatable which calms down ? or any drinks ? any other suggestion ? thinking about what ? ( I can’t force myself to dream about nice things - the way I always used to calm myself down - each time I start to dream , my mind jumps at stressful matters immediately and I can’t control it !! ) thanks :)
