avatar help: I can’t get an avatar for the life of me.

I can’t get an avatar for the life of me.

I have had this account for months, but every time I try to upload a file it just says wait, then clears as if nothing happened. I use an URL, and it says it didn’t work - try again. I use the search, it just looks busy for eternity. How the heck did so many get an avatar pic? Is it because I have a mac? I have tried many times and with various pictures.

No one has been able to post an avatar for a very long time. Incompetence seems to be the only requirement for employment at Help.com…

Sure is, all the time, not just the morning or the afternoon but the entire day. It’s been down since and hasn’t been restored. More then likely it probably won’t, which is a shame as it’s one of the site’s good parts.
