If it’s email than just for to your email and request for a password reset. It should be under “Forgot your password” or something like that. Anyways, basically follow what they ask you to do there and they should give you a security question that you set-up for your email account that way they’ll no it’s you if you didn’t link it to another email. Then they’ll just ask you select another password. As for the facebook thing; if you link your facebook to the email account that you forgot your password just request (facebook) to send it again. Hope this helps
