happiness help: I’m tired of going to school. - Help.com

I’m tired of going to school.

I chose my major and like it, but have grown tired of doing it. My parents have paid a lot of money to get me where I am, and now I feel like I owe them something, but I don’t know if I want to do this anymore.

Just finish it and show your parents your diploma. School and education give you options in life and jobs you could possible acquire. No school. No education. No options.

It is a pain but you will be very thankfull for that college diploma when you have to go out in the real world and support yourself and possibly a wife, kids, step-kids, pets, senile parents, in-laws, etc… stay in school you will need all the money you can get your hands on and education is the key to success.

Littlenick isn’t kidding. No school. No education. No options.

Lower level of education also means you will generally speaking be less healthy and will die younger - it doesn’t matter where you live; because the cost of healthcare, the way lower income jobs will be dirtier & unhealthier, etc; you can think for yourself.

But why do you say you don’t want to anymore? Why are you tired?
