hi im 12 ill be 13 on nov 12 09 and i cant urinate

rly good like when i go the bathroom some of it will come uout and then when i drink water it does no good water comes out rly good but the pee doesn’t but when i sleep at night ad go to the bathroom the pee comes out rly good but then for the rest of the day i have to go the the bath room every 30 our every hour and this has been happening for a week and a half and im to young to go through this!!! im afraid about this matter ….what should i do?!?!?
