Is this sentence grammatically correct?

And that is what Jonathan strives to achieve: to persuade his fellow churchgoers to be God fearing men thankful for their Redeemer.

Some people discourage sentences beginning with “And”, but I am not referring to that. Should there be a comma after “men”?

nothing in grammar is set in stone. it is only rules made to be broken.

You should be careful about starting a sentence with the word “And”. Otherwise it looks good.
