The hardest thing will be getting out of the house and into the gym. Once you get to the gym, preferably without your husband, your worries will seem to disappear (at least while you’re working out).

But hey, this is good, because this means you’ll go back to the house energized and feeling better - enough to dismiss your husbands annoyances. Maybe after a while, he’ll see the difference and be encouraged to go himself. If not, just keep at it yourself. You’ll also meet other people there who are also there to get a break from life sucking leechers!

It sounds to me that your problems are bigger than simply weight issues. How did you get to the place you are today? That place being overweight and married to someone that “sucks the energy out of you”.
