i’m going to snap.
Very very soon.
Long story short, i’ve been minding my little 10 year old brothers for the past 2 weeks while my parents are away. driving them to getting them luch, breakfast, driving to school, etc.. THEN, I drive an hour and a half away to college and stay for as long as i can before I’ve to go home. I fell asleep driving the on the way home one of the nights. I’m THAT tired.. I’m fed up with it.. today is the last day but it’s really hitting me.. They destroyed the entire house with water and i found food hidden under the chairs in the sitting room. i need help but noone’s around. my GF lives 25mins away but is working (and seems very distracted as of late) and my relations live longer away…
HELP? I just really need to calm down..

That’d be class! But one is adopted funny enough!
The joys of parenthood have hit you before your time!
My sympathies entirely. Hard work.
Now, at 10 year old, they are old enough to understand that they have to help out with chores, act sensibly and take responsibility for their own actions.
First get them to write apology letters and draw pictures for parents if they have wrecked stuff.
Next, make them watch a few episodes of How Clean is Your House and learn about bacteria ..
Meanwhile, make yourself a cup of tea, take a break, put your feet up and tell them if they disturb you for the next half hour this big nasty internet goose mother is going to come give them what for!
Tsk. Pesky kiddies. But we love ‘em. ;)
haha! actually, if it’s the last day you already got through it. go yell or do whatever you need to do ’till your parents get home. don’t bother cleaning up; that way your parents will see what you had to put up with.
Turn some music on really loud. And have them pick up the mess they’ve made. Being the oldest, you should have some authority over them. Use the ‘Or else….’ threat. :) Then take a much needed nap.
I can’t see them drawing pictures but ok!

your half right!
This is what you do:
Take them both to Walmart and have them stand outside at the entrance and then you go inside and put their pictures on all the milk cartons in there and hope that somebody recognizes them and take them off your hands?
What do you think about that?
They know I follow through with threats.. That’s one thing I have.. I drop one of their acoustic guitars (It was a crap one) out the window and it smashed after one said “your not going to” “Nathan, I Will” “I DARE YA”… So SWOOOOSH!

*Tear* We don’t gots wallmart in Ireland…
I’m going to go tie them up and leave them in a bath… THEN, put a plugged in toaster floating on a very unstable plank of wood… if they move.. ZAP..
You poor thing. If it’s the last day, you’ve done so well!! Well done, we are all very proud of you! *claps hands*
Just stay in the house and leave the lil buggahs to do what they will till your parents get back. After all, as long as no harm comes to them, it’s all their fault. Bet they wouldn’t be behaving so badly if your parents were around!!
You’re a kind soul for doing this in the first place for your parents. :)
Hahaha!! Sweet. lol
