is it antisocial/bad/wrong to stay in tonight?

i know of two things going on… but both are hosted by acquaintances rather than good friends. so i just don’t really feel that excited about going out.

i feel like staying in sorta, but there’s a part of me that’s abusing/criticizing myself for staying in, saying: “you’re gonna sit here alone instead of going out? you’re never gonna meet anyone sitting at home.” etc

is this normal? thoughts?

Ask yourself what you want to do. And really think about it. This isn’t major discision making.

It is totally normal. Going out is over-rated. :)

I as well considered going out. But I began to feel sedentary and wanted to experience the comfort of it again.
