Date help: So I met this girl recently……….. - Help.com

So I met this girl recently…

……..

I took her on a date the day after I met her, thats never happened to me before, although I really do like this girl, and she told me she had a fun time on the date. I want to take it slow so I can try to ask her out because really i think this girl is one of a kind, ive never met someone so special like her. The problem is I dont know if I should ask her out, reason being is she told me she wouldn’t mind me being her friend but thats not all she wanted. So what I’m thinking is she wants a boyfriend but im not sure its gonna be me it could and can’t be me what should I do.

It’s only a date right?
You two are just spending time together an’ getting to know one another.
It take people a while to get to the bf/gf status.
Soo..wuza broblem heere?

Well I really like her and I would like to ask her out not now maybe after a couple of more dates. but problem is she said that she wouldnt mind being friends with me but thats not all she wants. So i dont know if she wants me as a friend or if she wants to still see eachother and then in time become bf/gf

Well, I’d suggest that you go out on more dates & see what happens, it’s hard to see where a relationship might head off too after one date. :)

Aha, no worries & if you’re worried about her thinking that you’re just a friend, then just do some light flirting with her after a couple more dates or whenever you feel ready.
