Whats wrong with me?

i “fall in love” very easily but the problem is i always like the girls that will never in a million years consider dating me. but sometimes theres a slight chance that shes interested and then i just back away and ruin everything
i dont know what im scared of
also last year i liked his girl then i found out she liked me and i immedeatley stopped liking her
hmm i always judge people alot like i cant imagine going out with someone because of what people mighs say about their most insignificant negative qualities
ughhh

I know EXACTLY what your talking about and I wish I could pin point why it is this happens, but I haven’t figured it out yet.

How I deal with it: find someone interesting and dont think ahead of yourself. Dont think about long term anything, just go with it day by day. Week by week and see how it goes.

I think it has something to do with feeling like you’re trapped, or like you’re settling for something less than the perfect mate - but truth is NO ONE is the perfect mate, everyone has something irritating. So when you catch yourself thinking way ahead of the game just remind yourself this isnt forever, its for right now and see how it goes. You can always get out if its horrible. Its not a marriage, its just dating.
