Have an Estate Liquidation company come in and price what you have to sell. They will low ball the value of everything…but, at least you have a start. If you don’t want to take the time to sell each piece on Ebay than that’s what I suggest you do.

There are also brokers out there that handle stuff. They usually like the expensive items like cars and such.

Have you looked into refinancing your mortgage to bring the payment down a bit? The government has set aside funds for banks to help people. Might as well take advantage of this if you can.
