i want to enter a young girls beauty pagent ( but more like a scholorship program).
now before you critisize, let the record show that i am not doing it because i have a strong belief that being beautiful is everything. i want to enter a beauty pagent to get to expirience it and to express myself, not for all of the prizes and glory ( although a college scholorship would be nice).
i recently watched a couple episodes of toddlers and tiaras on tlc, i was flabergasted at the children who held so many crowns and trophies, but when it came to the pagent, to me, it looked like great fun, dressing up and things ( i love to dress up and glam up) and what i noticed is, only the girls whos mothers yelled at them cried.. the extra competitive moms… i am known to be very competitive, but in sports ( i will get mad at my teammates if they are lousy, but i would never sabatouge another competitor). if you think different… then so be it, you obviously do not have the same view that i do.
IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY BEAUTY PAGENT/SCHOLORSHIP PROGRAMS IN THE MARYLAND/D.C. AREA OR ANYWHERE AROUND THERE… PLEASE TELL ME NOW
