health help: I need help. - Help.com

I need help.

I do not have health insurance. I think I may have the disease ALS and no way to get the necessary testing needed for proper diagnosis.
My father died from ALS in 1979, he was 59 and died about 5 years after being diagnosed.
My symtoms are typical, but the most prominent symtom is noticable in my speach since i have trouble speking clearly most times, i am not able to project my voice effectively and it always seems like i need to clear my throat.
I will accept any help that is offered, even if it is just a prayer.
