What can one do when they are considered overweight.

I have tried diet, I’ve tried exercise I’ve tried all kinds of different things. I decided to look up lipsuction figure why the hell not, might be a good investment… if you are more than 40lbs overweight then you are not a canidate for large volume lipo… ok moving on check out the gastric bypass, if you are not 100lbs overweight then you are not a good candidate but check out the stomach ring. Ok clicky click check it out… if you are not 80lbs overweight you are not a good candidate. Seriously people!!! I’m 60-70lbs overweight…
It’s just frustrating when i’ve changed my whole lifestyle before several times, cut sugars, salts, bad carbs and stuff out, pretty much eating cardboard food and drinking water with proper exercise and still I might lose a couple lbs. My weight jumps between 190-200 and I’m only 5′2 5′3 I don’t look huge but I am chubby and would like a thinner body. I would like to be able to have a high self esteem again and look good in a bikini instead of wanting to hide away in the shadows when I go out dressed normally. It’s bad enough I wear glasses and have freckles and am very pale skinned. Add some fat on that and presto you’ve got the perfect concoction for easily depressed white girl.
So what is one supposed to do in this situation!

I’ve always been a skinny guy, but I’m 24 now and am just starting to gain some weight in my stomach area. I know why: it’s because of my diet and lifestyle. My work always has free high-sugar snacks in the break room, and I’ve basically had no life for the past 4 months, so I haven’t been getting any excercise.

I think if I stop eating sugary foods, stop drinking soda, and exercise at least 3 times a week, then I can reverse this and probably even get into better shape than I was before.

Whatever you are doing now, do more, and keep at it!

Well I know sugar is a major factor in weight gain as well as salt which makes you retain more water weight and then your carbs and starchy foods.
I can’t stand the taste of the fake sugar so I just eat alot less sugar, fruits have natural sugar, that i can deal with. I don’t add salt to my food normally unless it really needs it and then I use sea salt since it’s better for you supposedly and I only use very little. I don’t like really salty foods, nor friend foods, I do have an addiction to egg rolls and barbque chicken chunks from walmart lol but I rarely do indulge. Those are 2 big no no foods.
Exercise has been less lately than it was before due to lifestyle (major) changes but i’m restarting a new plan to work around it. I wish it was just my tummy area though, my arms my thighs my tummy are my worst spots. Another thing I hate… stretchy jeans, like you buy a size 6 and in reality you really wear like an 8 or 10 but since they put the stretch in them you can squeeze into them. I mean I like it because it makes me feel thinner but if i don’t buy jeans with the stretch they dont fit and i’m like but normally i wear size “” and now i have to go up a size sheesh!! Makes things worse.

Maybe if there is hobby that you can engulf your self in our if you’re going to get a degree or something, that will take you mind off your weight. That will increase your confidence, you have another focus besides food and weight. you will find something you are working on with a goal in mind, that will help a lot. Try it out you’ll see!!!
