It depends on the type of work out. A ten minute cardio exercise can be called a work out.

Swimming is apparently one of the best.. it’s a whole-body workout (the water provides resistance) and it’s aerobic too. Do some speed swimming and then some aeorbic exercise at the side.

But you do have to have a pool to do that! :)
