death help: Hi, - Help.com

Hi,

A friend of mine just jokingly announced his death of facebook.
Complete with a goodbye note and picture.
I know it’s a joke.

I’m trembling,feeling nauseous, and have the most intense headache ever.
I’m on my second Tylenol only because I threw up my first.
Still hyperventilating a little.
Could anyone help,please?
