You have an anxiety problem.

You only make it worse by blaming other people or getting rescued by other people instead of doing it yourself. You have the strength to face your fears.

Google the Linden Method. He went from agoraphobic to married man with kids and a business. Anxiety is a sensation. Focus on deep breathing until it passes. It cannot hurt you. Distract yourself with loud music and singing and activities that need focus (Linden used photography).

Don’t get distracted by your fears. Build small tiny goals and persist until you achieve each one before you move on to the next one. Exercise vigorously regularly.

Your panic will disappear and you will feel confident again. No meds, no caffeine, no sugar, no stimulants or depressants.

While we at help.com are really sorry about your situation, I’m not sure anybody here is able to help you.

The only thing I can send you is lots of blessings and good wishes.

If you came here looking for money, sorry there is no money.

We at help.com are so broke we cannot pay attention.

Click these websites, you might find something there:

http://cyberbegging.com/

http://www.modestneeds.org/

http://www.hbaone.com/

And for another job:

http://jobs.com/

And who knows, with the law of averages if you go to enough websites, you’re bound to find a benefactor who will be willing to part with his money and give it to you.

I would suggest for you to really try to overcome those panic attacks so you can get ahead. Don’t give up.

Good luck!!

Go and get a job and stop blaming others for your problems. You are causing your own anxiety and thinking that by asking on the Internet for money is going to happen your wrong. No one is going to be sending you any money so its really up to you now to get this done. Hope this helps :-)

Iv worked since I was 16 thank you and have no problem with working iv never asked anyone for help but im in a situation where I need to now. Im not blaming anyone for my problems! ignorant people like you thrustrate me so much, You have no idea about my life and if you want to be rude or negitive towards me then you should of kept your stupid narrow minded opinions to yourself because i am clinically depressed and am not actually allowed to work. In THE FUTURE i SUGGEST YOU THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY BEFORE YOU STICK A KIFE FURTHER INTO PEOPLE HEART BECAUSE YOUR STUPID MISGUIDED WORDS CAN LEAD TO ALOT MORE DISRUPTION THEN YOUR AWARE OF.

Theres nothing there that is not the truth, no need to sugar coat it. I just saved you all of that time that you would of spent waiting for someone to say “I will give you all the money that you want” because it is not going to happen. You do have anger issues because when people are straight forward and don’t give you the answers that your looking for, look out. So heres some advice, go to your local command labor and get some temp work, that way at least you will have some money coming in. Hope this helps :-)

I did read what you posted “ive been suffering with depression since i was around 11 when my parents left me in care and never saw me again” and also this “Iv worked since I was 16 thank you and have no problem with working” So what I have posted above is correct. Now I’m done because this is going nowhere.

Marcelle.. when you come here, the advice you get is given freely by volunteers.

I’m in UK too.

The Disability Act now makes it illegal for any employer to sack you due to mental illness.

It also does not allow future employers to discriminate against those suffering mental illness when they apply for work.

Granted that your situation may be unique, but you should be entitled to full incapacity/invalidity benefits if your doctor has declared you unfit to work.

These are areas you should investigate thoroughly to ensure that you are getting everything you should.

Meanwhile, please ask a moderator to remove details of your bank account before you become the target of fraud!

The more active you are, the better. Vigorous exercise and doing stuff to help other people fights off depression really well. It also builds social contacts which help you find work you are comfortable doing.
