Hallucinations

I swear I’m not a hypochondriac.

Well, not massively. I’ve already posted here about so many different things. I think they all cause each other. I am not happy, so I don’t eat, so I get really tired, and see things, and they make me stressed, thus unhappier and then I do things that don’t help myself =/ Everything causes each other and that’s partly the reason why I’ve posted so many different issues about myself (the other one is because I really can’t bring myself to the doctor’s).

I’ve been seeing things, recently. Not just seeing, but *experiencing* too. I thought a girl was in my room, I could feel her fingers on my hair. I turned around and she was gone. I also had a conversation with my French teacher in the school library, and when I turned to ask him something, there was nobody there. I feel like I’m losing a grip of everything in my life and I don’t know what to do anymore.

Has anybody ever had experiences like this? I’ve had six different hallucinations this week. I think it’s hunger and tiredness that mainly contribute, but I can’t stop working. I never get to rest.

Thank you always,

Simba

it most likely is hunger which is causing it. EAT.

I’ve hallucinated after not sleeping for a couple of days. EAT then SLEEP.

I have been sleeping more and more =] I haven’t had one since. As for the eating… it’s a work in progress. What disturbed me the most was the *realness* of them. I could actually feel her, and hear her, and I totally believed it. That’s not like me, I’m perceptive, I can tell what isn’t real.

I’m glad you’re getting more sleep and they’ve stopped :) I’ve had hypnagogic hallucinations and I know what you mean. The hallucinations can feel creepily real. Sometimes, you just know that they can’t be, but it doesn’t stop you from feeling that it is, because it’s right there and you’re experiencing it.
