Ok, I’m going to claim ignorance, but What’s all this talk about Help.com being shut down?

I’m fairly new to this website yet I’ve heard nothing about this I’m merely asking why?

According to some, this place has been “about to close” since long before I got here… and that’s going back some now!!

Don’t believe all you hear on here. There’s a lot of “speculation” but nobody with any real inside knowledge has said a darn thing…

You could check out some previous posts if you like - not that they are really that helpful as we’re all still here!

Some people have been talking about it for some time, which is why they claim to be leaving, I’m not saying EVERYONE but I’ve heard that a lot of people are leaving due to the status of this website.

i mean. it would totally make sense, considering the site is slowly deteriorating (servers slowing waaaay down. and the whole avatar thing) and the ones who run this pace have done nothing to fix these problems. i wouldn’t worry about it though
