its hard to tell u what to do when not knowing whats causing it, have u been like this for long? if so maybe u should seek counseling, especially if ur suicidal.

That makes two of us. I work behind a partition all day long and a lot of people don’t even know I exist until they need or want something from me.

my job is not a problem i took it on purpose so i don’t have to interact with people. and so they can’t see me. i hate people looking at me. like i said i am a recluse and the only reason i get out of the house is to go do this one thing,and maybe once in a while a bill that can’t be paid online. i used to go when my family absolutely made me,but stopped doing that a while back, creating hostility between me and them. i guess they thought i would get better but now given up all hope for me.

Yeah…I generally hate it when people look at me too…Do u think u may depressed? Perhaps medication would help? Have you been to see a doctor?

That works for some people. Not for others. So keep on trying to stay positive however you can.
I felt this way for a long time and I suppose I still sometimes do, but my problem is that i wait for someone else to notice. But I forget that other people are wrapped up in their own lives as well.
You said your family are tired of trying to get through to you but obviously if they’ve tried then they care. Theres alway someone that would be happy to listen if you only give them the opportunity.
Suicide isnt the best option here. Although it seems like a quick escape route, its only gonna serve to leave alot of miserable people in its wake. I know misery loves company but I’m sure you wouldn’t wish the way you feel right now on anyone.
The best thing you can do right now is to make one change. It can be somethin tiny as well it doesn’t have to be anything major. A little change tends to have a ripple effect. Change your route to your crappy work. Eat ice-cream for your breakfast. Go to a pub for lunch and chat up the bar staff! Fart loudly in a lift full of strangers :)

It’s not that it works for some and other not and this and that.We have ALL gone astray. we have all lost our ways. but sometimes we can be so selfish and so focued on ourselfes, that we miss our blessing. Some people like to kick againg God, and say this and that, everyone seems to be opiniating about who God is, but none of us have sought him out, read his word, to see what he has to say. All I can say to you is that God is REAL. HE IS NOT A DEAD A GOD, HE LIVES. And if it was not for the mercies of God, youwould not get up everymorning.
