Psychological thrillers

I love psychological thrillers but I seem to have run out of movie titles to watch.
Ive probably seen all the obvious ones like hide and seek and the recent release of Passengers.
I love movies with the big unexpected twist at the end (though you already kinda worked it out)
So, can anyone suggest some good movies for me to hunt down?

seen all them, lol
12 monkeys was awesome, I simply had to buy a copy after I watched it, still have it
and been a huge x-files fan since I was little, did you know the latest movie was based on experiments the russians (i think) performed on dogs, very sad stuff
and 23, that was really interesting to see jim carey in such a role, he pulled it off really well, not what I expected at all
All very good suggestions, just Ive already seen them lol
