Hey there little pony slow down! You just wrote a long post and then another one I can not keep up with u! I will write to u from this one since u were just here.
OK first of all people will always do one of two things let u down or build u up, if people are hurting u more than helping move on from them, and take a break and find yourself first. I remember being 20 it was some of the most difficult times in my life, u are just starting out in the world and it is really hard if u don’t have the support and friends to help u. But I have to say that no friends are better than people who just drag u down! OK also u just lost someone that u really loved a person who was really a friend to u and can never be replaced. I think that would make things a little bit harder than a normal 20 year olds dealing with.
I think u are depressed, I know I have depression and understand what u are feeling.
BTW it doesn’t get better without help, and self medicating is not enough or healthy.
I am so sorry about all this going on right now, I think that u really lack peace and will not find it unless u slow down and start looking at it differently.
One thing I will tell u is that it gets easier the older u are, u really know yourself so much better, and will find that you are in more control of things.
