i have cried just to think about my perfect past compared to my worse present, i want to just rewind the time

i know, i have tried, i have lived for 3 years to forget all that stuff, but it’s just coming and coming and coming again, and yesterday i cried about it after 2 years i spend without crying, maybe i’m just a crybaby haha

Yup, thanks for your help. It’s just always come and go, there’s the time when i felt really down (like when i post that) but now it’s not really a problem right now. What i’m afraid of is when that feeling comes again and make me down
