Ok, I need some ideas!
I have severe nerve damage in my right wrist (as some of you know), but earlier this week i was told i will need surgery and have to miss a year of school (5th year). I am more than happy with that, but the problem is i get really bored easily, so I have decided that i need to take up a hobby, but im not too sure what to do.
I am looking for something that i can do in the house with one hand, which will keep me amused and distract me from the pain! Does anyone have any ideas??
Thanks

Get a dog hun! And spend your time training it to do tricks!
Volenteer at an animal shelter?
Work really hard at your physio! It s worth it. And push those pain barriers.

Thank you!! That is a great idea =D
haha no prob Ive spent a lot of time injured.. Broken….
tailbone,
sternum,
Hand
middle Finger.. that looked funny as
Elbow x2
Knee
Arm
You r gonna get bored, so having a plan in place is a real good thing!
Doing your hair and washing it is hard!! So get a head band and stuff to make it easy.
Keep the upper part of your injured arm active. The less muscle u lose the better.
Also take cod liver oil or fish oil capsules.. they help with the healing heaps.
Let mw know if u need any tips.. Im really good at healing lol

Wow! You have been through the wars!! Thank you for all your help!
Get some friends to keep you occupied. Join a group. Get a one-handed mouse-pad thingy (like the programmable hand pad 4 just got) Join a club. Get a library membership. Start writing (I know a website that would love to see your writing and reviewing) Start Role-playing (I know a website you can join for this too) Learn a one-handed instrument?
… of course … there is also the obvious … but I shall not mention it. It is a good way to pass the time but might make you blind if you do it too much hehe.

I don’t think that’s going to help here.
Why would you want to kill yourself?
