Is this a serious problem?

My face randomly gets flushed and stays that way.
And it’s extremely red.
And I feel like I’m on fire.
Taking off my jacket doesn’t work and fanning myself can only go so far.
It’s like I had blush on, to the max.
It makes me look really hideous.

And then,
my feet are always cold and almost numb all the time.
And my fingers are always, if not most of the time, ice cold.
While my face is flushed.
My hands are always cold and clammy-ish?

Yeah.

Is there any cream I can use for my face?

I’ve been told by a friend maybe I have irregular internal body temperature.

When my face gets red, I have about 7 people ask me if I’m okay or if I’m sick. Or something.
:/

you dont really need to see a doctor if its Raynauds-i have that, and its exactly the same symptoms as you have.
its basically just bad circulation. unfortunately the only treatment for it is blood pressure pills which they will not give you till youre 21.
the best thing to do is just keep your feet covered with good quality socks and shoes/slippers.
if you are overweight the symptoms will be worse.

They don’t swell or anything like that.
o__o

But I think I have abnormally small feel.
Everyone I know has women sized shoes, and I’m still in the kids kinda shoes.
And the small ones too.
My DCs are 5 and a half in kids.
About an inch or so bigger than my hand.

I’ve had high blood pressure before.
I had to be monitored.
And I’m not skinny, but I’m not fat either.
I’m chubby-ish.
Just a tad over the “average” limit.
