I can’t deal with things anymore!

It seems like i’ll have a few days then everything turns right back around to crap again. Things seem even worse then ever and I can’t take it anymore. Everyone keeps saying that “things will get better” but they don’t. The same people tell me that death isn’t the answer but why does it feel like it is then? I can’t stop thinking about it anyway. Idk why to do ahhh i’m so messed up!

yeah ive talked to professionals and friends and stuff. The professionals kinda dont seem to know how to help and my friends seem like I’m bothedring them. i doubt they can actually help anyway. I just seem to be making more trouble for everyone.

I have issues but idk if you would call them major they are hard and trying for myself and I feel just plain awful right now

Do you think it is chemical. Do you think medication might help?

Do you want to talk about the things that r bringing you down?

Talk to your doctor. How long have you been on it? Perhaps it is not right for you.

gypsy… all of your post for the last 2 months have been like this. It’s why I offered you the free book. You have to work with your psychiatrist to get the drugs right. I wouldn’t even look to your regular doctor, they are not as aware regarding many of these drugs, you need a psychiatrist. But trust me, every time you change meds you will experience different feelings. These drugs are NOT light weight things and you have to give them time to work, none of them are a quick fix; I’m sure you’ve been told that.

listen to the song On the bright side by never shout never
its kinda sappy… but it’s a really good song. Its a good kind of sappy! :)

I will not say “things will get better” i will just say that people don’t want you to die. (what exactly did happen?)

but yah death isn’t the answer to anything. People are only 99.99999% sure you would go to a happy place, with no fears, no sadness, no anger, no anything bad. But what about the other 0.0000001%? There is no SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER sure. Death doesn’t escape your problems.

Everyone’s life “sucks”. even mines. I made a lot of mistakes this week but i’m fine.

You think death is the answer because you don’t know what else to do with these situations going on in your life. So you think the best reason is to end it, to end the situations. Is that what you are thinking? Well I’m not sure, I’m not you
Just think about it

~CharloTTe
hope this helped :)
PEACE, LOVE AND GOOD LUCK
:D

It probably will get better. For a while. And then it might get worse. And then maybe better. I guess you can choose to stick it out…Or not. Think of all the things you want to do with your life, the things you would miss, the people who you would let down.

What really helps me is prayer and worshiping God. When I feel God then I finally feel peace.

Ok… please don’t. I want you to know that there are so many people who care about you, and so many people who are willing to help. Keep going. Everything will get better.

just don’t!!!!! Nothing is worth harming yourself. Your life will eventually get better. Life is rough, you learn to deal with it.

Like i said. Many people care about you, some of them are here and they don’t even know you. But they care.

Take your life, and make something of it. Show everyone who has ever knocked you down what you can do, and how great you can become.

AGAIN.. what exactly did happen??
