no no Dont touch it
It sounds like you have a small hematoma. This is really just clotted blood under the skin. It will take a while to go away. It can take over thirty days to gradually disappear. There is nothing to do about it other than waiting.

it looks like part of the skin is gone. like its peeled off. is that what it is ?

Yes, if im not wrong…
If I was you I go to a pharmacy and check there to be save.
Take a chance go to the pharmacy,and check if they can give you some cream to goes faster..
