how to be a healthy person :|?

I’m 22 m…I’m getting sick so frequently….and i want to be strong,but, …i can’t unless i hve a good health….so, i need help…how to have good health? Wht food need to eat? ( i mean, for a day, wht are things need to eat…) i need heeeelp!

Just a good diet, ie 5 fruit and veg, plenty of water and not too many fatty foods, and exercise. You can’t do much more than that.

Check out the food pyramid. Bread and cereals most, fruits and vegetables next, meat and dairy next and sweets and fats least. Exercise, get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, go outside and run!

Taking vitamin from medicine instead of food , is it bad or have any side effects??

I don’t think its bad but its not as good as the real stuff. The healthiest option is to eat the fruit and vegetables that contain those vitamins.

I would say you just have to be disciplined as far as your daily routine is concerned. Means doing things at specified time. Along with this you need to have good balanced diet, which should include all nutrients including proteins, vitamins, fats, carbohydrates etc. In addition I would say you should spare at least one hour daily for workouts.
