My heart sometimes skips a beat or it feels that way.

Is this normal? It’s kind of painful.

Since it is painful, you absolutely must go and see a doctor - try taking some antacids used to treat indigestion as you could be suffwering from really severe heart burn. Do’t worry - I am sure you will be fine :) Get better soon!

I’d suggest seeing a medical professional first and formost. My heart also seems to skip beats on occation. It even does it when I think about it, or if I take a deep breath. Try googling abnormal heart rhythm, or heart murmers.

PS: alot of it is normal but pain is never a good sign, sounds like you may need to get some help.
