i’m waking up at night with my heart beating reallyy fast

i used to feel like the earth was shaking but i don’t feel like that, that often anymore.
anyone know what i can do to stop my heart beating reallyyyy fast at random times?

I think mine keeps doing that at the minute as well. Are you on any medication? Mine used to do it when I was on medication, now I think I am getting random high temperatures aswell. You getting any other symptoms with yours? Maybe just deep breathe and try to calm yourself down- or your heart down at least.

yet it does make difference…it reduces the probability of heart diseases…although ur age doesn’t doesn’t finish it…i mean i know a lot of young people who got heart attacks…do u feel pain?!in ur chest or left hand!?

You should definitely check with your doc. One possible reason could be you’re experiencing panic attacks at night, but it could be anything, or it could be nothing.
