i hit my head on thursday quite hard..

and was vomiting, nauseous and very dizzy whenever i moved my head. its sunday now and i still feel the same… i cant walk or move because my head will staRT SPINNING .. what do i do..?? is it possible i got a virus right after i hit my head or just hitting my head caused this

The hitting on the head may have caused you to lose sleep, weakening your defence system making you vulnerable to viruses. Then again, i’m a cop, not a doctor, so i’m not an expert on medications.
