It’s my dad’s 51st birthday on October 23,2009.

I thought of a great idea, getting a tattoo together. I’ve always wanted one and I thought it would make it more special to get my first one with my dad. He knows what he wants an american flag. But my situation is one Id like it be a suprise, two I dont know if he can get one due to complications of his heart, he had a stint put in, in 2001 then had a heart attack in 2005. And now his heart isnt doing so good due to stress at work and smoking and might be looking at open heart surgery or angiogram. Thirdly I want to know the full cost of two tattoos due to the fact ive been laid off for a while and have no money untill just recently and a tattoo shop of people with several years of experence and a clean enviorment and friendly staff peferbly in West Edmonton,Alberta,Canada.. ?

a tattoo isnt going to have any bearing on his heart or cardiac health, so hell be fine there. just go in to the tattoo shop you want to get it at and talk to them, theyll be able to tell you pricings and all that.
to find a tat shop, ask around people who have them where they got them done, youll soon find the good ones. go in and check some out-look for cleanliness, and fairly often they have portfolios of their work so they can show you what theyve done.
