I do, but I know I have to live. As long as you have some kind of income and a kind heart. You will be fine.

Hmm…yeah, I can’t because I know how much pain it would inflict on my family emotionally. I don’t think I could live alone…

I have ever felt like that, it’s an usual feeling when i felt really down, but then when i feel harden up i’ll think about: “it’s a stupid idea.”, “what will my parents and friends do if i died? Will they cried?” or something like that.

There’s a lot of reason to perform suicide, but there’s more reason to staying alive in this world.

I’m not suicidal atm, I’m just down. I’ve been that bad before though, but I know I wouldn’t do anything to harm myself because I have to much to live for. In other words I guess I’m depressed every now and again.

well theres plenty of things you can do about that then, firstly figure out when you get down. lot of women get down at a certain time of each month, or it could be seasonal, or triggered by something specific.
exercise will help you feel a lot better, as will a diet including a lot of fresh foods, fruit and veges.
and if you dont want to try medication you could always try something like **** Johns Wort or some of the health food supplements which are herbal.
