There used to be a local company, no longer around, that specialized in bringing in outside employers who would pay ppl to come work for them?

EX. I have farm, no workers…I call company, they get me workers. Not a great EX but you should get the idea. So…my question if anyone has heard of such a program nowadays? My area is…like others, suffering due to the recession. I am willing to move for work and have an A.S. Degree in business administration.

Yeah well in the UK we have what we call “Agencies”. You join an agency for free, an employeer may need someone in for a day as a temp worker - or even a week or a month or a year.

The employer pays the agency and the agency pays the worker.
