Im 17 years old and play a lot of sport, im about 5″10 and 73kg (11stone4).

My main sport is rugby i play anywhere in the backs. I also play a lot of tennis, cricket and like all the american sports, in fact any and every sport. The problem is im still quite small compared to most guys my age i play against. I have beeb on numerous programmes and have tried all maximuslce muscle and weight gaining products. I wish to get bulkier fast without the use of illegal substances. Any ideas on substances to use and also if anyone has any good training tips.

the best thing for you to do would be to go for speed and agility so you can run around people and get to that ball faster and avoid the larger people. I myself am a larger person and I play basketball; the thing I hate most is when the little guys get around my enourmous wingspan and make a layup }:(
